If You Have Direct Sun Exposure To The Wax For More Than 1 Hour Over 35 Degrees Celsius, The Wax Will Start To Get Soft. If Exposed For More Time The Wax Will Eventually Melt.
Do You Keep All Items In Stock?
Helix Candles Makes All Possible Provisions To Have Stock On Hand. However, There May Be Occasions When We Are In An Oversold Situation And Waiting For Shipments From Our Suppliers. If We Are Out Of An Item And Another Suitable Item Can Be Substituted We Will Make The Substitution, But We Will Email Or Phone You Prior To This Happening In Case You Wish To Alter Your Order. We Can Only Process Online Orders With This Minimum Amount Because We Charge Shipping Based On A Percentage Of The Sale And Less Than This Amount Will Not Cover Shipping Expenses. If You Check Out Through Our Shipping Cart And Process The Payment We Will Email You Letting Know If You Wish To Purchase Extra Items To Complete The Minimum Order Requirement.
